ShilpiCare Foundation is a grassroots NGO dedicated to empowering women and protecting the environment. We began by creating job opportunities for local women and later expanded to tackle air pollution through biomass fuel solutions.

Rupshi Singh is a visionary entrepreneur and changemaker who saw the potential in every woman and believed in solutions that uplift people while protecting the planet.
Dr. Bhat, a member of the Research Council at FITT, IIT Delhi, holds degrees in Computer Science, Law, and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from IIT Delhi. With over 35 years of industry and academic experience, he is internationally recognized for pioneering a domain-independent methodology for knowledge acquisition, praised by Prof. L.J. Kohout. He studied at Leeds and Nottingham Universities, UK, and advises AICTE, engineering colleges, and ICSS. As visiting faculty at Delhi Judicial Academy, he teaches Cyber Law and Security. Dr. Bhat champions education as a means for economic empowerment and national stability through his EESP initiative.
